# TOGAF ADM Preliminary Playbook

`/arckit:adm-preliminary` creates the Architecture Vision artefact for a TOGAF ADM engagement. Use it to set scope, drivers, constraints, success criteria, stakeholders, and ADM phase boundaries before producing business, application, gap, transition, and governance artefacts.

## Review Checklist
